Terms of Purchase and Right of Withdrawal
This agreement is concluded between the owner of the online store SIA B4B Solutions, reg. no. 40203102435, legal address: Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 77 - 68, Rīga, LV-1013 (hereinafter – the Seller), and the person who places an order and makes a purchase in the online store (hereinafter – the Buyer).
1. General Provisions1.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
1.2. This agreement applies to all orders and purchases of goods made in the Seller's online store.
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. Ordering and Payment Procedure
2.1. The Buyer places orders for Goods through the website by selecting the Goods and adding them to the shopping cart.
2.2. Prices for goods in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) including value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.
2.3. The Buyer pays for the ordered Goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via e-mail.
2.4. The order is processed only after the full purchase price has been received in the Seller's bank account.
3. Delivery
3.1. The Seller ensures the delivery of Goods within 5 working days from the receipt of payment, unless another term is specified for the specific Good.
3.2. Delivery costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
3.3. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays related to inaccurate information provided by the Buyer or due to the fault of the delivery service.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods without stating a reason.
4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send an unambiguous notice to the e-mail: info@b4b.com.lv.
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.
4.4. All expenses incurred in connection with returning the Goods to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer (including delivery costs) within 14 days from the day the Seller has received the Goods back or the Buyer has provided proof of shipment.
4.6. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the Goods are damaged, used, or if they are not returnable by their nature (e.g., hygiene products with opened packaging or personalized orders).
5. Warranty and Claims
5.1. The consumer has the right to file a claim regarding goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract within 24 months from the date of receipt of the Goods.
5.2. When filing a claim, the Buyer must present a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, or bank payment order).
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiations.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the Buyer has the right to turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
