The training will be based on both theoretical knowledge and real examples of application in Latvian and other state-owned companies.

Company management, specialist training (Executive block 3 days)

The training is intended only for participants who have completed the Fundamental Block (or the module of the Georgy Buklovsk KIC RV course, or similar international training).
Participants will be trained in TOC and LTP (Logical Thinking Process) techniques to solve the company's deep problems, as well as techniques for developing a successful company development strategy. Special emphasis will be placed on the method of ensuring the implementation of the strategy.
